A few shots that I took on Memorial Day 2019, 27 May 2019. These pictures don't have anything to do with the holiday, it just happened to be Memorial Day. A beautiful day after a truly miserable winter (it snowed literally the week before these pictures were taken), Pikes Peak still had a bit of snow on it. However, in line with its reputation, Memorial Day 2019 seemed to be ushering in Summertime at long last.
Incidentally, I don't do any post-processing on these. They are straight out of the camera aside from re-sizing them.
I actually just went out to practice some camera techniques. I didn't plan on photographing anything aside from the mountain, because I can practice my techniques on it. The rabbits and so forth are just a bonus.
